S Hughes EDIT

Sophie Hughes, HR Manager

Sophie joined IPRS Group in July 2014 with a real passion for HR that only increases by the day.

Having recently completed her CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management, she lives and breathes all aspects of HR.

Sophie’s other passion is her nephew who gets spoilt rotten and gets away with anything, but that’s the role of an auntie right?!

Sophie also enjoys going to the gym, although half the struggle is getting her there in the first place!

Abby Palman, HR Assistant

Abby joined IPRS Group in November 2018 and has recently completed her Level 3 CIPD in Human Resource Practice. Abby has over 3 years of HR experience behind her and is passionate about developing her HR career.

Abby is a proud cat mum to her Instagram-famous cat Min and lives in the beautiful Suffolk countryside with her golf-obsessed Fiancé Tom.

When Abby is not at work you will find her either shopping, sampling afternoon tea or relaxing at a spa!

Rennie Edit

Robert Rennie, Group Services Manager

Robert joined IPRS Group in March 2015 and he loves family time with his wife Joy and their young daughter Felicity

Robert has a great selection of ties and has been said to be a ‘natty’ dresser.  He was told he was ‘Hench’ at one of the BBQs at Suffolk House, and had to ask what that meant!

Robert has a great sense of humour and can be somewhat sarcastic (said to be the lowest form of wit).

Peter Stephens, Group Services and H&S Officer

Hi everyone, for those who don’t know me, my name is Peter Stephens (known as Pete), and I am the Group Services & H&S Officer.

I joined IPRS Health in August 2012 and then, in June 2013, I was approached to help set up the new PIP contract.  I have been involved in almost all parts of the business and now back with PFAS and PIP, and also the Group’s H&S Officer.

My role currently involves much statistical analysis of PFAS and PIP, Service Credits, along with all slots submissions and invoicing for both the PIP Contract and one of our Health Clients – TSB Bank.  My H&S role also plays a big part in my daily routine, looking at all aspects of the Group’s H&S including DSE’s and new site set-ups.

A bit of history and ‘silly facts’ about me:  I have served in the Royal Air Force, worked in Aviation for 27 years, can pilot heavy jets (those you go on holiday in) – favourite being the Boeing 757 and 737NG.  I am also a qualified Ice Skating instructor and have been skating for over 28 years!

So – that is me in a nutshell – and hope to see you around…
